Registration Status
We are beginning the process of opening 2024-45 enrollment, expected May 2024.
All community parents/guardians will be required to attend a MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION TRAINING meeting, after which you will receive the registration link by email.
Please be aware of the following policy as you prepare for registration:
Due to the limits of our volunteers' time and energy, we NO LONGER ALLOW late enrollment. When registration closes on June 30, our volunteer administrators and teachers begin preparing for a fantastic year for the students enrolled, and NO LATE REGISTRATIONS will be permitted under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Thank you for respecting our dedicated volunteer staff. Please appreciate their effort by refraining from contacting us to ask for exceptions that we are unable to grant. Again, NO LATE REGISTRATION IS PERMITTED.
Registration Notes
Secondary Academy is for 7th -12th grade. Please do not enroll students younger than 12 years without prior approval. Due to limited class sizes, please seek approval before placing a young junior high student in an upper level high school course. We try to keep those spots open for high school students who need the credit before graduation. Please be mindful of prerequisites and course expectations for each class. Students who are not prepared for a class should not be in the class, for their own sake!
When registering your student(s), please be ready with an alternate "plan B" choice in case your first choice is full. Check class schedules and descriptions:
If choosing a semester class, please make sure to choose a class for the alternate semester in the same time period if your student plans to stay on campus. Study Hall is an option. Students are limited to two study hall periods per year.
All families are required to volunteer.
Please be mindful of this commitment when enrolling. Please see Volunteer Information here. For questions or concerns, email melissajones@stonetablestudygroup.org (subject line: new parent volunteer).
All students must be enrolled in a class to be in the facility unless the parent is on site to supervise.
Course registration is at the discretion of each teacher, regardless of initial processing of registration. Parents will be notified if students must be disenrolled. To avoid problems with course registration, please check the course prerequisites, any pre-registration testing that is required, and the level of expectations for the student. Teachers have the right to refuse a student for any reason, including previous student work quality and non-completion of homework assignments by the student.
EXPLANATION OF FEES
Registration Fee = $75 per student; must be paid online at the time of registration. The non-refundable registration fee per student is $75, but we also offer a 10% discount if you register 3 or more students. If a class lists a separate supply fee, it is due at the time of registration along with your student's registration fee. Please refer to the class description pages for details about supply fees that apply for each class.
Class Fee = varies per class; must be paid in August to the individual teacher (see individual class page for teacher payment plan options). Tuition for a class is listed on the class page description and paid directly to the individual teacher. Tuition may be paid in full at our Meet & Greet or with installments (see each class page for details). See the individual class page for payment instructions. Tuition may be paid in cash or checks payable to the individual teacher of the class. Some teachers accept Venmo or PayPal. Teachers fees are never collected through our external registration site.
